BFMTV in France has reported via their Twitter account @bfmtv that the two brothers who carried out the Charlie Hebdo attacks were with AQAP and the other man who held hostages at a kosher marker in France was a member of ISIS. Various ISIS accounts are spreading this information across the web now as well.
Ahmed Coulibaly called @BFMTV stated: "I am from the Islamic State and I have orders from the Caliphate (..)" & worked in team with Kouachis"
At least one other person had mentioned this to a CNN reporter as well. As details come out we will find out how thru this is. I will post updates as information becomes available.
