Coalition Air Strikes Kill 35 ISIS Fighters Southwest Of Kirkuk
According to an Iraqi security source coalition jets struck sites held by ISIS terrorists southwest of Kirkuk killing 35 of the ISIS fighters.
The strikes were said to have taken place on Al Bakara base and other locations in Hawija which is 55km southwest of Kirkuk. Many of the families living in Al Hawiji have moved into villages on the outskirts of town due to the presence of the militants and the heavy air strikes being carried out.
